I will be updating you soon. Stay tuned.
I’m so sorry fisher broadcasting decided to throw their “GOLDEN BABY” out with their dirty bath water. I feel they aren’t being forthcoming in their comments about what was the reason youwere given the boot. The organization at fisher broadcasting/kvi have lost a lot of listeners due to poor judgements and choices. If you go back into a radio show, please keep us informed. Feelings and loyalties run deep. You are sorely missed. WE THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE TO OUR COMMUNITES.
Kirby, we miss your morning updates and confident voice every weekday morning. You are an inspiration to all of us as we awake each morning to face and fight each day. You are the true voice of reason and confidence. Fisher’s action to lay you off is like a dairy farmer looking at the financial sheet, determining that the milk cows are taking too much of the spending and too much of his time, selling off his cows, and then wondering why there is no income anymore? You were KVI to us and the main reason we kept Radio button #1 tuned to KVI, even after Rush moved to 770. There always is a place and need for you, just keep us posted where you are on the radio dial so we can reset button #1 to you again. GOD BLESS YOU FOR YOUR OUTSTANDING WORK.
I believe that you are the first victim of the fairness doctrine. Even though it is not law yet. Many of my truck driving friends and I will miss that first burst of freedom at 5:06 am. with the National Anthem at the start of your program. God Bless you and your family we will stay tuned for future events. IN GOD WE TRUST!!!!
Kirby, Really miss you in the mornings. Feel like we are being treated like “mushrooms” now. We need to know what going on locally, you provided that warning signal niche. Hope you find a way back on to the waves soon!!
I met you at the last WAC show in the old building in Puyallup. I’ve listened to you for years and enjoy the local info your show gave. I recently began working earlier so wasn’t aware you were gone until around Thanksgiving. It’s like loosing a friend who disappears and you don’t know what happened to them. I’m glad I found your website so now I can find out how things are for you. Merry Christmas to you and your family and may God bless you. Thank you for all you’ve done for all of us.
I’m looking forward to you coming back, Kirby, we need the continuing, straight skinny from you; we certainly are not getting it from the NRCC, they have been doing some strange things lately. We need to bring the party back to true conservatism. I wish there were a way that I could send you “Phil’s Conservative Principles” again. God bless you Kirby, keep plugging away.
Wilbur, quit goofing off and get back to work!
We miss you this holiday season. Merry Christmas and may God bless you and your family.
kirby. i am very sorry to see kvi has done this. i haven’t had a car with a radio for about 6 months so i hadn’t been listening. just got one working and they are running fox fillers. go to the site and you have left per the site. who had rights to all the podcasts? they are obviously missing. from reading the other comments one thing that does strike me is that you are let go during the healthcare slam and local ramthrough. and all the podcasts that document what they have said are flushed like a clinton shredding truck.
Are you under the 6 month rule for getting back into radio in the area?
well. i would like to say i have appreciated your depth and good use of the resources at hand to inform me and the state for the last 16 years. i guess now kvi can be the FOX station. or go back to being the home of the mariners.
I’ve been a loyal listener to your talkshow and no longer tune in to KVI. I’ve indicated as such to this radio station. I wish you well and hope you’re able to find a position locally. If so, you can bet I’ll be tuned in.
