Happy New Year!!! I pray you will be able to continue affecting people who hear your wisdom. You are a true Conservative light. I too miss you on KVI. I also pray you will be on the air again.

Kirby I have moved onto Ohio and did not know of your dismissal from KVI. I am appalled that they let you go. I listened to you everyday on my 40 mile drive to Gig Harbor from Kingston and have learned alot from you over the years. You are pleasant to listen to and full of information. I look forward to reading your website daily from Ohio to keep informed. May you have a wonderful 2010 and I am really looking forward to 2012. Sincerely Cindy Drake

Although I mess up at times, I try to say precisely what I think. Take this for example:
I hope that there was no people with Bulgarian umbrellas near Rush.
Because I wasn't there, I don't know one way or the other and can only suspect that there were none, even taking into account the motive, opportunity, and means. There is still one last requirement (in my mind) and that is the will to actually do something. I can only hope that there is insufficient will in those that practice the Chicago way of winning.
One last thing. Notice that I didn't accuse or eliminate anyone of anything.

I am concerned Obama will use Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac for funding his redistribution of wealth the poor. They do not have to go back to congress to pump funding into these organizations. Stress tests were performed on both and the result showed the liability for each was still below the 200 Billion. I believe Obama and team will use these organizations to bankrupt this country. The top executives have all got contracts for cash, no stock options, which is out of step with past practice. Do they believe the future value of Fannie and Freddie will be Zero?

Rob McKenna is, indeed, on the list of Attorneys General who are suing the government over aspects of the health care legislation. I suspect the matter is moot, until the bill actually becomes law, however.

Speaking of Att. Gen. McKenna, he gave the evening speech at Mainstream Republicans of Washington's Cascade Conference last May in Richland. It was a detailed analysis of the actions, decisions, and policies that led to the mortgage/investment banking melt down. It's worth you attention and can be found on the Mainstream Republicans of Washington website blog. Go to http://www.washingtonmainstream.org/Blog.php and you'll find the link to TVW's tape of his remarks.

Hi Kirby, Belated Merry Christmas,a and wishing you and your family a happy New Year. A couple of things I would like to find answers to. In the constituion there is something called the equal protection clause. How can a bill such as the Health care bill or any other bill that gives special breaks or special advantages to one state over another or to one special interest over another, not be in violation of the equal protection clause?

My second question is what are all the czars in the current administration receiving in pay and benifits? Since they are not approved by the senate, like cabinet members are supposed to be, where is the authorization for their pay and benifits coming from?
What kind of pay and benifits do the execs of special interests like ACORN get paid with our tax dollars?
Are these groups exempt from the rules, taxes and regulations in the health bill and other taxing laws the democrats are passing?
