Another rally, against the health care bill, and Jay Inslee. He is at Desert Fire restaurant at Redmond Town Center tomorrow, Thursday, April 1st. We will gather on the sidewalk along Bear Creek Parkway, the south boundary so to speak, of RTC, and behind the restaurant, at 5 PM. Please feel free to bring your own signs – be respectful and clean please. “Remember in November”, “Hands Off My Health Care”, ” Bye Bye Jay”, for example. Play on the April Fools Day theme. We could use someone in a chicken suit too. He is having a telephone town hall as well, guess he’s afraid to face the voters. Come on down and have some fun. Brought to you courtesy of Americans for Prosperity. Don’t forget to sign up – www.americansforprosperity.org
I wish I could have attended. I will tell you the big ship is turning slowly but it is coming around. I am in Boston and I can tell you generally people are not thrilled with our President. And…They love Scott Brown.!
It is the same in Maine, where I also visited and in fact where the President of the USA could only gather a small crowd in Portland.
Always remember good people the truth shall set us free, and it just might be the American people may be waking up!
I wish there was a way to hear about these things with more lead time. I would love to have gone, but didn’t see this post until Thurs. @ 8:00 PM. I received Rep. Inslee’s town hall invitation yesterday. Might you have an “email list” that we could send out alerts or something. I’d be glad to help you with that.
I sent him a scolding letter, telling him I would do what I can to see that he is voted out of office, where he could then struggle like others to find work in the real world. What a resume that might be – “Worked for years to steal basic human rights from those I was elected to protect, play unfairly, don’t listen when I should, am a slow learner, spend others’ money like a drunk gambler, but promise to work hard for you – but then, I generally don’t keep promises like that – and lastly, I work hard against the nonsensical idea of capitalism, and my goals include hobbling the free market in order to further the suffocating grip of socialism.”
